Affirming our particular stays

Pausing to reflect positivity,

In the wonder of days

Paying attention to life affirmations

Over global life oppressions, negativity, suffering, news of destruction

over which we have NO CONTROL

May we visit the affirmation station

Drinking in the vitamins for our soul

May gratitude & kindness buoy our elation
