Conversation with a Kiss

What lives inside a kiss for me

An expression of intimacy?

That which creates a relation

On my skin a tingling sensation?

A bow in Namaste “ the divine in me

honors the divine in you”?

A blow kiss to all-that-is flowing through?

What lives inside a kiss for me

A love for the Aliveness of earth,

the sacred diversity?

A momentary dissolution of self—

merging with All-that-is?

A melting of the ego, a kiss of bliss?

May I learn to love what I fear

A kiss of death, or spider near?

What lives inside a kiss for me

A transmission of equanimity

A life giving gift of spirit spread

A blessing upon the forehead?

A sensation that disrupts

the pathway of pain

As kissing small wounds eases pain?

What lives inside a kiss for me?
