Beach Ceremony
The beach holds ceremony
Every night swept clean
Awakens to the living memory
Of what loved in between
What dreams ebb & flowed
What arrivals washed in
What treasures bestowed
What losses to the wind
The beach holds ceremony
For liminal spaces of being
Of no asking, surrendering
to push-pull of Seeing
Every night swept clean
In ritual of the lunar tide
Every morning serene
Offerings to open wide
Flowers, shells, plants, stones
Altared, a scattering of dreams
Holding ceremony with tree bones
Of the sacral marriage between
What is unique, special
And
What is Universal
What is truly mine, to say “I do”
And What is ours—
In Oneness of Spiritual
