Elements of Stillness

May the elements of

wind, water, sun, tree

Help me to be

In new ways with stillness,

In curiosity of spirit

With required healing phases

May my breath of wind

Going out, coming in

Remind me I am flying

Aliveness floating free

May my fluidity of water

Circulating throughout my vessel

Remind me I am of the sea

Aliveness pushing & pulling me

May my energy of fire

radiating in all directions like sun

Remind me I am dancing

Even in stillness

Aliveness swirling, my cells prancing

May my grounded body

Rooted to earth like tree

Remind me I am mighty

Aliveness connecting me to all-that-is

To feel free, whole & holy

in times of immobility,

relaxing with recovery

holding me, helping me

May I surrender, trusting

The infinite wisdom & creativity

Running through my careteam**
