Like a puppy held back

by the collar of time

Once released

I’ll be running across the fields

To catch up with myself

in the fields tomorrow

Like a plant held tightly

By small paper cup

Once moved to the earth

I’ll be rapidly growing

To the new outer edges

of my unbound heart

Like an artists sculpture

Invisible within block of stone

Once carved

I’ll be beaming with the vast skies

On wings of my own dreams

Co-created from both stone itself &

the hands of the artist

Released…

Like the redwood seed

Once Released

By the forest fire

I’ll be rebirthing the ancient parts

Of me, rooted anew

Released…

My postoperative feet

Immobile from surgical intervention

Once healed

I’ll be dancing within footsteps of trees

Embodying gifts of grounded expansion

Released…

Like the snowflake

On top of the spiritual mountain

Once melted

I’ll be dissolved into the river of life

In gratitude for all others in the flow

Released…

Like the origin of universe

Exploding with the Big Bang

Once released

Everything, everywhere

came into being outside of time

Self-actualization

Lives in the creative unfolding of all life

Unstoppable, in spirals of healing
