Restarting Heart
To begin again, anew
Passing threshold of day
To restart my practice
Threading connection today
Sacrum, Rooting to the earth
Remembering I am of ground
Soft belly, Opening to the sun
Sensing glow of my resound
Heart space, Swirling whoosh
Accepting my tides of ocean
Throat, sounding to sky
Voicing my gratitude birdsong
To begin again, today
With hopes for self and all-that-is
To restart my practice
Of living love into beingness
As I am of nature
Not separate from the trees
As I am of sun
Carrying the light within
As I am of the sea
Flushing with Well of vitality
As I am of the air
Breathing only by communion
As we are of earth
Here just as mountains worth
To begin again, anew
Passing threshold of day
To restart our practice
Threading connection today
Remembering roots
Sensing fire
Accepting flow
Voicing truth
Making life a divine artshow
May all beings be well!
May each day restart
From recentering of the heart!
