The Wobbly Middle
In the wobbly middle place
Between looking back & forward
Nostalgia pulls my womb space
Anticipation leans my heart toward
Yet I am right here, in ways
In ways of middle ground
Where time is only now, always
Neither well over or far begun
How to hold the energy
Balanced in my body center?
How to draw in with synergy
All Love lived & Joy engendered?
When the wobbly middle casts
I will not fight, I’ll invite interplay
A dance with my future & past
Release into wisdom of my body’s way
May I return to center with play
May I wait for what will be in peace
May I hold with gratitude what was
May I trust the wobbly is here to teach
Blessed be
