I stand before

the Art of nature

Humbled by my body,

so tiny

so resilient,

so fragile,

so regenerative,

so miraculous

My Stitches freshly out

I may walk carefully now

Yet not climb any mountains

Grounded here

in a lingering surrender

To the healing

moving through me

Same healing moving through the trees

Somewhere in the infinitesimal

the Art of nature

Speaks boldly to me…
